Viewing Room and Posting Board Instructions

Below you will find instructions on how to view the messages and display pages that are pertinent for your specialties. Normally you will receive an email notice letting you know when a new item/question has been submitted in your area of expertise advising you to view it. This page explains how you can view those items/questions.

The Viewing Room

You can view items posted to the VIewing Room under your account settings.

1. Go to http://www.art-care.com to log into the site.

2. Once logged in, you'll be automatically directed to the "Manage your Account" page. (http://www.art-care.com/members/)

3. At your account page, click the link at the bottom that says "Viewing Room." (http://www.art-care.com/members/viewing_room/)

4. Now you will see a list of all the display pages in the the Viewing Room that pertain to your specialty.

5. To read more about a particular item, click on the item's title. The new page will contain a description of the item and the problem, as well as their contact information and possibly photos.

The Posting Board

You can view questions posted to the Posting Board under your account settings.

1. Go to http://www.art-care.com to log into the site.

2. Once logged in, you'll be automatically directed to the "Manage your Account" page. (http://www.art-care.com/members/)

3. At your account page, click the link at the bottom that says "Posting Board." (http://www.art-care.com/members/posting_board/)

4. Now you will see a list of all the questions on the Posting Board that pertain to your specialty.

5. To read more about a particular question, click on the question's title. The new page will contain the entire message, as well as their contact information.
